What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude as they arrive at the hostel.
Ensure Compliance: Politely enforce our rules by ensuring guests are not bringing outside beer or weed into the hostel.
Promote Our Products: Make sure guests are purchasing from our dispensary and bar rather than bringing outside products.
Maintain Professionalism: Act with authority, ensuring guests follow the rules without being overly empathetic or aggressive.

What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while ensuring compliance.
Respectful and non-aggressive in your approach, yet able to enforce rules.
A team player who can adapt to different situations as they arise.
