Das Erlebnis
Our doors are open to all those enthusiastic travelers who want to get to know San Cristóbal and its surroundings. We are looking for people with initiative and who want to socialize with guests since the atmosphere of the hostel is very familiar and friendly. Work at the reception is very calm and you have enough time to do other things. We have daily activities such as yoga classes, movie nights, family dinners, among others.

Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.
Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.
Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.
Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Programmdetails
We expect friendly, proactive people who support us with the activities we offer. The reception is the most important thing (check-in, check-out, reservations), we will explain how it works since the system we use is simple and it is not necessary to have experience. We also ask for support with laundry when necessary and with maintaining order and cleanliness.
On our part we offer a safe, quiet, friendly and trustworthy space. We want them to feel like they are at home, where we all support each other and to know that they can count on us for whatever they need. In any case, if there are things you want to know, we are always open to answer questions.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
We have two shifts during the day: from 8am to 3pm and from 3pm to 10pm. The shifts are rotating, we have a monthly schedule where you can see your schedules and better plan your stay. They have 4 days off that they also rotate. The tasks are basically reception and guest service, helping with laundry and maintaining cleanliness and order in common spaces.
Regeln
We have a designated area for smokers, they have to respect their shifts and if they make any changes they have to notify in advance, respect other volunteers and guests, we do not tolerate violence or discriminatory acts.
