I had a wonderful time here, Dario made sure we experienced local culture, introduced us to his friends and family and spent his free time with us. We got to explore smaller islands near Sicilia by boat, go camping and visit Marsala. The work is very easy, the house is comfortable and Dario always gave as a lift if we wanted to go somewhere. I would recommend this experience if you are a social person who wants to get to know the local culture and looking for something more than just a place to stay. It was an amazing experience, beautiful place, the host took us to many trips so that we could explore new places. He was very kind and fun, I could talk to him about everything. He also introduced us to his friends and I felt really welcomed. We shared nice moments that I will never forget. We tried local food, which is delicious. The work was relaxing and easy, only a few hours a week, then we had time to do whatever we wanted - go to the center, to the beach, to Palermo or to an island by a boat. I am thankful I chose this place, would do it again!

This experience was incredible. The city is beautiful, with first-class Baroque architecture and beautiful beaches. Dario is the best host you could ask for. He took us to places to visit and even accompanied us. He also included us in plans with his friends, so I felt at home and didn't have time to get bored or lonely. The work is very manageable and doesn't take up much of your time. I definitely would have stayed longer; I highly recommend it.

Dario es un anfitrión inigualable, se implica mucho en incluirnos en todo, nos da nuestro espacio y esta atento a que estemos bien. Marsala es una zona ideal, tranquila y si buscas fiesta también la tendrás. El trabajo era muy flexible y cualquier duda podíamos contar con la ayuda de Darío. Le daría un 10!

I had a great time during this volunteering in Marsala , the host is taking care of well being of all volunteers, funny, kind and understanding person. Dario introduced us to his friends and also drove us many times to the bus station (even during his work) so I was able to explore Palermo and Catania as well. He even allowed me to stay couple of days longer than planned. The cleaning part didn't take a lot of time and we had a lot of free which we spent often together watching series, jamming or cooking. I felt like home there and I want definitely repeat volunteering here again one day!

My experience was great. Dario was very kind and helpful. He took us to know beaches and places in Marsala. The city is beautiful and a great place to enjoy the summer. The accommodations are also good, and the work isn't difficult.

El trabajo fue muy tranquilo y la estadía muy comoda. El host siempre estuvo muy predispuesto a llevarnos al centro a la playa todos los días, y a invitarnos a cualquier salida suya. Nos recomendó lugares y comidas y nos incluyó en sus planes. Marsala es lindo y tranquilo; tiene un centro chico, playas alejadas, y varios paradores que hacen eventos a la noche. Divertido pero sin transporte: dependes del host. Muchos días libres para aprovechar a recorrer otras partes de Sicilia.

Mi amiga y yo tuvimos dos semanas tranquilas, con poco trabajo y mucho tiempo libre para recorrer y pasear. La casa está a 10' del centro en auto, por lo que Darío nos llevaba y buscaba cada vez que necesitábamos. Tuvimos una experiencia más local ya que Dario nos invitó a reuniones con sus amigos. La casa es muy linda y cómoda, tiene un patio muy agradable. El trabajo es sencillo y rápido.
