Ryan and Corina were the epitome of hospitality. We felt welcomed and included the second they picked us up from the airport. Not only did we learn coral conservation techniques, and sustainability practices, but also they made sure to include us in all activities. They were doing on their own. They were our first Worldpackers opportunity and have set an incredibly high bar for the next. I would wholeheartedly endorse the Center to any and all looking for a volunteer experience that is above and beyond in the Caribbean.

Wow, what can I say, alot actually, although, I'll make it short and sweet This experience was number 5 through worldpackers ans what a phenomenal experience. Ryanair Corina were God Sent definitely. I had the best experience yet there with them and it changed my life for the better and greater forever. Everything flowed so smoothly as if we all were together I'm another lifetime doing the same exact things together as a community/union/family. So grateful for you all and until we meet again. Thank you 🤲🏽☺️

Corina & Ryan are great hosts. They care about your wellbeing and opinion. The property is magical and next to work you have plenty of time to enjoy the island. I felt like a valued member of the FLI community. I highly recommend if you'd like to improve your mechanical skills while being in paradise. It's definitely a home away from home :)

I am happy to have spent two months on the beautiful property of Corina and Ryan. They are two wonderful and lovely people, who care about the environment, the community and the volunteers themselves. They make you a part of their life, and they are there beyond the working hours. Working hours were always respected and I never had any problems about it. Always available for anything, they made my first experience as a volunteer easier. Thank you for everything and see you soon!

The Center is such a beautiful place to visit. No matter where you look, the views are stunning. I helped worked on social media so my tasks were pretty easy compared to others. Corina is the smartest, sweetest and coolest host! She's truly passionate about her work. I would def recommend!

I had an Amazing time working at the Center. The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and is very relaxing. There is plenty of work that needs to be done depending on what you get assigned some work can be a bit difficult. There was some times I felt work may have exceeded the 5 hours. You do get done in the early afternoon so you have most of the afternoon and all evening to do whatever you like! All and all with everything that is offered and the amazing people that come along with this experience I highly recommend this opportunity!

La experiencia fue hermosa! fueron unos pocos dias porque me surgió una emergencia que hizo que tenga que volverme a mi pais antes de lo acordado pero fueron unos dias super calidos y me senti muy bien recibida por parte de Ryan y Corina y todos los voluntarios! La comida vegana fue un 10 y siempre habia mucha variedad! El lugar es paradisiaco y vivi cosas super maravillosas! Algo que capaz me hubiera gustado saber antes es que no es recomendable moverse solo por la poca señal que hay en los caminos! pero fueron dias increible! gracias Corina y Ryan <3

This was the best work exchange I've ever had the opportunity to experience! Ryan and Corina are kind, honest, fun, and caring hosts who truly go the extra mile to take care of the volunteers. They provide comfortable (and beautiful!) housing, abundant groceries, and make sure everyone is safe and has their needs taken care of. The property itself is well-maintained, and you can tell everything they do is with love, and it's easy to love the place and the work you're doing. I had such an amazing time, my face hurt from smiling so much! I hope to come back next year!

My 5 weeks at the Center was a joy. Ryan and Corina have a beautiful establishment and have created an environment that nourishes the soul. Corina is an empathetic listener who adapts to your needs. There is plenty of work to do at FLI and many different types of jobs, Most of the time, you're outdoors with sunshine, fresh air, and the sound of waves on the beach. The food is good. In my regular life I'm a keto carnivore but have an open mind and give it a try. Bottom line, my experience at the Center was everything that I needed and wanted.

I'm incredibly grateful for my time at the Center—it was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, Corina and Ryan were warm, kind, and welcoming. I loved being just a short walk from the ocean, snorkeling every day. The work was fair, though at times challenging due to the heat and humidity. During my stay, I learned so much about veganism, the culture of St. Croix, and the rich ecosystem of the Caribbean. I also had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. I will forever cherish my time here!
