4 freie Tage pro Woche

Privatzimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem privaten Zimmer. Mit anderen Worten, ein Zimmer nur für dich.

Mittagessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Mittagessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Programmdetails

We offer work in exchange for an experience of living in a special region of Ontario. It's a UNESCO Biosphere and a future GEOPARK. 3kms from a public dock to get onto Georgian Bay, 2kms from a Provincial Park (nice beach) and a across the road from a inland lake (great for canoeing and kayaking) and surrounded by crown land. The ideal person should love the outdoors!

About the Retreat Center:
Our eco-retreat center features:
🏡 A guest lodge with space for up to 9 people
🚐 3 RVs accommodating an additional 6 guests
⛺ Camping and RV sites (10 total) for guests bringing their own setups

What We Offer:

🤝 Opportunities to learn about sustainable practices and healthy living
🍽️ Meals and accommodation as part of the experience

Aktivitäten & Schichten

21 hours a week into 3 days of work - before a group arrives, after a group leaves and 1 day extra.

What We’re Looking For:
We need enthusiastic helpers to support the smooth running of our retreat center, including:
🛏️ Assisting with guest bookings and inquiries
🧹 Cleaning and preparing spaces for guests
🛠️ Performing light repairs and maintenance
🧺 Handling laundry
🌟 Supporting retreat activities and general operations

Regeln

We are scent free so no scented products permitted (perfume, parfum, most commercial dryer sheets, laundry detergents, shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, air fresheners. If you use these products you are probably not a good fit. We are also a reduced WiFi location. Cellular access only available outside or at the windows of the buildings.
