Beschreibung: Expand Perú is financed by the contribution made by volunteers for their accommodation, services and permanent assistance. It also finances our own project and guarantees the continuity of the administrative and operational work of the organization. Expenses are $150 USD per week or $450 USD per month.

Programmdetails

You will not only contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable but also delve into Peruvian culture by participating in projects with children, the elderly, and vulnerable mothers, becoming part of a local team that will allow you to experience the daily life of these communities.

You will enjoy the diversity of Peruvian cuisine, visit traditional markets, and on weekends explore Andean villages and beautiful mountain and valley landscapes. If you wish to learn or improve your Spanish, this is the perfect opportunity to practice in an immersive and authentic environment.

This program combines volunteering with a profound cultural immersion, providing you with the opportunity to make a real difference while experiencing Peru in its most authentic form, away from mass tourism. A truly complete experience!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Monday to Friday:

Mornings (9:00 to 12:00): Solidarity activities focus on the Casa de Madres and support for abandoned elderly individuals, providing emotional and practical assistance.

Afternoons (15:30 to 17:30): You will work on the CASA educational project, helping impoverished children with tasks and educational activities, contributing to their development.

Weekends:

Saturdays and Sundays: Dedicated to recreational, tourist, and cultural activities. You will participate in sightseeing tours, nature walks, visits to local markets, and cultural excursions in the region, discovering an authentic Peru, away from mass tourism.
