What We Expect from You:

As a Front Desk Manager Volunteer at our boutique hotel in Varkala, we expect you to be responsible for managing the front desk operations with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Your tasks will include greeting and assisting guests with check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a willingness to work flexible shifts. You should have a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

What You Can Expect from Us:

In return for your time and efforts, we will provide a comfortable shared room and offer breakfast and lunch daily. You will be part of a small team :)
