At Chill Inn, we offer a unique volunteer experience on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, Thailand! Join our friendly team at our social hostel, where you can connect with travelers from around the world. You’ll help host exciting activities, engage guests, and create an unforgettable atmosphere while enjoying the stunning beach vibes.

In exchange for your support, we provide comfortable dorm accommodation, daily meals, and generous discounts at our bar and restaurant. Get a chance to immerse yourself in Thai culture, explore the island, and make friends!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

As a volunteer at Chill Inn, you’ll get to dive into a variety of fun activities that make our hostel a vibrant social hub! Your main tasks will include:

• Hosting Events: Help us run game nights, trivia, and beer pong tournaments, encouraging guests to join in on the fun.
• Guiding Tours: Assist with organizing and participating in excursions like snorkeling trips, ethical elephant feeding, and visits to local temples and markets.
• Socializing: Engage with guests throughout the day, making sure everyone feels welcome and excited to be part of our community.

Shifts: There’s no strict schedule! Generally, we ask for about 20-25 hours of help per week, which usually includes participating in events and tours that last a few hours. We’re all about flexibility, so you can spend the rest of your time enjoying the beach, exploring the island, and making new friends!

To keep Chill Inn a fun and welcoming space for everyone, we ask our volunteers to follow a few simple rules:

1. Respect Everyone: Treat guests and staff with kindness and respect. We’re all here to enjoy each other’s company!
2. Be Punctual: Show up on time for your scheduled activities and events to help maintain a smooth flow.
3. Keep It Clean: Help us maintain a tidy space by cleaning up after yourself and pitching in with communal areas.
4. Stay Engaged: Join in on events and activities! Your positive energy is what makes our hostel special.
