we warmly welcome Worldpackers from around the globe! We expect our volunteers to assist with cleaning, bed making, laundry, and guest check-ins in our cozy guesthouse. Your contributions will help create a welcoming environment for our guests.

In return, you can look forward to a vibrant cultural experience in the heart of Yokohama Chinatown. Enjoy our unique cafe and bar, which hosts live performances and DJ parties on weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to meet local Japanese people, practice languages, and engage in cultural exchange.

Please note that late-night music events may occur, making it a perfect fit for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. We provide shared accommodation and occasionally offer simple meals. Join us in celebrating diverse cultures and broadening our horizons!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Daily activities will include:

Cleaning guest rooms and common areas
Making beds and ensuring cleanliness in the guesthouse
Assisting with laundry
Checking in guests and providing them with information about the space
Engaging with guests at our cafe and bar, fostering a welcoming atmosphere

Shifts will typically be scheduled during the day, with some flexibility based on guest check-in times and event schedules. Expect to dedicate around 4-5 hours per day to volunteer activities, allowing you ample free time to explore Yokohama and immerse yourself in Japanese culture.
