Programmdetails

Since I have a toddler at home, I need someone who can work independently and not need constant supervision. I am looking for someone who is respectful and will work the hours even if I am not with you and not just sit on your phone. I will treat you with respect and expect the same in return.

The tasks I need help with in the garden include cleaning out an overgrown ditch, mowing grass, trimming trees, moving dirt, planting flowers, transplanting flowers, etc.

The outside work is a priority, but if the weather is pouring, I have inside jobs that need help too that could include sanding, stripping paint, removing old plaster and cleaning up the constant mess from renovations.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

I am flexible with how you complete your hours of work. With the weather being unpredictable, the time each day might be different. The day you arrive will be an orientation day and just let you get settled and explore the area. You will then work the following 5 days (5 hours a day) and have the following 2 days off. I am flexible with the time of day you would like to work.

Regeln

My house is 100% smoke free. All smoking must take place at the far end of my garden.
I do my best to keep a clean house, so I expect you to also keep my house clean by cleaning up after yourself when cooking, using the bathroom, and when it's time for you to vacate your room at the end of your stay.
