Because it is a place of transformation, if you are open to it. The name "El Péndulo" refers to an experience that moves in both directions: it will be filled with outer beauty but will also be a journey inward. Our finca began as a personal project and over time has transformed into a space of sharing. It is a place that attracts inspiring people from around the world who come to learn, plant seeds and grow.

Programmdetails

The Finca is abundant in nature, creativity, and natural beauty. It is a place where synchronicities happen all the time. We are many things: a holistic center where national and international retreats of all types take place—mainly centered around ancestral medicines such as ayahuasca, as well as yoga, meditation and more. We also run camps and workshops for children during different times of the year.

We are also a boutique hotel where people come to relax, spend time in nature, meet new people, take a ceramics or art class in our workshop, join a meditation session, or enjoy a special dinner in the crystal orchidarium. The vision of Finca El Péndulo is to be a place that nourishes everyone who comes here in different ways.

Volunteers are encouraged to share their creative vision and explore their artistic potential at the Finca.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

- 1-2 people for the permaculture based greenhouse GAIA, preferably with experience in and passion for permaculture, to maintain and create in this beautiful space.
Long term volunteers prioritised.
4 hours per day, 6 days per week

- 1 person with experience in web design, to help update our website.
5 hours /day, 5 days /week

- Experts in business organization and management.
Our holistic center is now being formalized and we need help to learn to systematize processes, delegate responsibilities and collaborate on logistics.
5 hours /day, 5 days /week

- Yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, massage therapists, art therapists, and other holistic facilitators to offer classes and workshops during retreats.
(will also help in other activities needed at the finca.)
4 hours /day, 6 days /week

- 1 ceramics lover and instructor to give workshops to guests
5 hours /day, 5 days /week

Regeln

We welcome everyone who want to co-create in this beautiful place.
As this is a community where some people live permanently, as well as a transformational and holistic center and hotel, we kindly ask anyone coming here to be kind, compassionate and respectful of the space, people, plants and animals.
We are a ranch with various animals and plants. We live with horses, chickens, fish, turtles, dogs, cats, wolves, birds, bees, etc.

We are here to co-create, so we love people to come and take initiative on creative projects that will improve the space and experience for everyone here. Your ideas are welcome here.

The philosophy is to give and receive to keep the flow of sharing growing.
