Welcome to our Lodge! Here co-living meets Ocean bliss!

We’re looking for a skilled, hands-On motivated all-rounder to join our team and to keep our Co-living Water Sports Lodge in top shape through a mix of: General house maintenance, wardening, woodwork, building stuff, fixing equipment, organizing, painting.

Your work will ensure our space stays welcoming and beautiful for our community :)

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Kunst: Hilfe beim Malen, Graffiti, Bildhauerei oder Zeichnen.

Malen & Dekorieren: Hilfe beim Streichen oder Dekorieren der Einrichtung.

Bauen & Reparieren: Hilf bei verschiedenen Reparatur- oder Bauarbeiten.

Gartenarbeit: Hilf beim Pflanzenanbau und der Gartenpflege

Was Sie bekommen

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Privatzimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem privaten Zimmer. Mit anderen Worten, ein Zimmer nur für dich.

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

Team dorm: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Personen teilst.

Frühstück: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Frühstück an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Mittagessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Mittagessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Abendessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Abendessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Fahrräder zur Verfügung: Du kannst unsere Fahrräder jederzeit nutzen.

Abholung: Wir holen dich bei deiner Ankunft ab und bringen dich zu unserem Grundstück.

Surfbretter: Du kannst unsere Surfbretter so oft nutzen, wie du möchtest.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Schneller Internetzugang: Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

Dedizierter Arbeitsplatz: Spezieller Bereich, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

Anforderungen

Mittelstufe Englisch

Zwischen 20 und 60 Jahre alt

Empfängt Einzelreisende, Paare und Partner von Freiwilligen

Programmdetails

If you love the ocean, this corner of Portugal is a huge adventure playground. If you also love good company in a relaxed yet sociable guest house this is the right place! :)

Close enough to the buzzing tourist hotspot Lagos, but far enough to enjoy the relaxed vibe of nature. Excellent kite, surf and SUP spots in all directions.

Oh, did we already mention the laid-back little beach and the super scenic walks along the cliffs…? :)

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Don't worry. We will plan the week in advance :)

Most part of the days you will be able to make your own schedule a sail across the day at your own speed, prioritizing what is the best for you, unless there's some sort of emergency that needs to be handled. Like, save Ozzy from the Fig tree.

There will be days that we will work as a team and set up clear missions for the day/week but most days you will work independently and do your thing. Take it as it comes.

What you can expect as main activities:
- Gardening (take care of our garden, farm and field)
- Fixing things (ex.: change a bike tyre, replace lamps, fix a door, etc..)
- General House maintenance (Paint a door, fix a chair, etc)
- Painting, woodwork, building stuff (build a new bench out of pallets, paint decoration items, etc)
- Keep spaces tidy and clean
- Bring your own vision and soul to us

We expect to count on you 5 days a week, 5 hours a day.
