Programmdetails
We have a medium-sized family-like hostel located in beautiful Tam Coc, Ninh Binh Region. We are a team of 4 staff, and try to always host a bunch of volunteers (4-6/7), and run the hostel as a big family. Everybody is always happy to help each other out. We have lunch and dinner all together, and are happy to share and exchange our cultures during those times. We love to work in teams, but sometimes you might be alone on your shift, so we're expecting people to be a minimum independent.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
We're planning weekly activities for the guests, in which the volunteers may of course join. For the shifts, it would be 5-6h/day, 5days/week, always 2 days off. Of course if you have some responsibilities or online work to do, we can arrange the weekly schedule together and make sure everybody is happy.
