Super bien recibido desde el comienzo, lo estipulado desde antes de llegar se cumplió, muy agradable el ambiente como también el host. Muy divertido y atento a todo lo que necesites, me la pasé muy bien y pudimos entrenar varias cosas desde acentos hasta gramática mas avanzada. Un chico muy cordial y alegre con experiencia afuera de Brasil así que es muy fácil para hablar sobre cualquier tema. El barrio donde me quedé es humilde y a la vez muy seguro no hay que preocuparse. Lo recomiendo a quienes quieren conocer la cultura local y tener esa calma durante su viaje. ¡Gracias Totales!

As a first-time volunteer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alan and his flatmate welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. I gave regular French lessons to Alan, who is funny, a little crazy, and super curious — a real blast to teach ! We shared lots of laughs throughout the stay. They also took me to explore some beautiful places around Recife. This unforgettable, warm, immersive dive into Brazilian culture is something I'm truly grateful for and will always cherish. I would trust this experience with my eyes closed !!! Obrigada, meu papai do Brasil ;)

I cant express enough how grateful I am to Alan for welcoming me at his home. He's a wonderful host, always with a warm smile, and a kindred spirit everyone will connect with immediately. He makes sure you're comfortable at every moment, and genuinely cares a lot about you discovering the best places in Recife and around! A guy full of life and joy, always recommending the best places to visit and taking you there if he can. He made me live a true local experience. His contagious energy and sincere kindness made my experience far better than I was hoping for. THANK YOU SO MUCH MY FRIEND!! 🙏🏼

Alan is a great host, generous and spontaneous, a crazy Brazilian guy with a contagious enthusiasm for life and traveling too. My experience at his place was wonderful, I wish I could stay longer, he and his flatmate welcomed me with open hearts into their place and made me feel safe and cared for the whole time. The teaching hours were fun and easy and we would find ways to adapt to Alan's working schedule when he wasn't home. We did lot of cool stuff together, going out, weekends away and plans to let me know more of Brazilian culture and beautiful places around Recife. I super recommend ⭐
