Im jun from tokyo.I live in shizuoka now near Mt.fuji and a few minutes walk from a beach and a park.also about 5minutes walk from a super market and onsen hot spring I have a child and a hamster.
Im single dad so I need someone who will do house work instead of living this house and breakfast,dinner,living cost for free.
I have a daughter therefor she would only be comfortable with women staying. And I hope she is good at cleaning,house works.

My work is minpaku.thats rent private rooms so everyday many kind of person stay in my home.
If you like Mt.fuji,you can go there about a few hours.also I can speak english so I will explain japan culture and I like to learn abroad culture so we can exchange such valuations.
I expect a helper really like to exchange culture and communication even in not working time after clean rooms in the evenings.and I also expect you will help me cooking dinner.
I have asked to japan government already that
This position especially dont need working holiday visa.but when you will come inside japan you should tell to visit your friend so that you can come smoothly.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
1 first floor house work and second floor
accomodetion work.
2 english talk with me.Thats addistional no more than a few hours
1 Total no1 work time is no more than 4 hours per day.Wash dishes,help cooking,cleaning my house,guests checkin(its rare when I take a bath or I happen to go out for pick up my daughter,etc),house works,etc.
2The other thing that is not include No1 works is to talk by english with me .It depends on person they feel its work or private.because only chat about calture exchange etc.sometime walking beach,hiking,cycling,do karaoke,go to hot spring.but if you dont like communication,you feel its hard work more than cleaning.I expect a helper who think chat with me use english is not include the work.Because my big purpose is to get used to many kind of english accent and to brush up my english skills.
Regeln
Non smoking in house.
breakfast(its about 7am) and dinner(its about 6pm).I need also some help for cooking.especially in dinner.
I dont eat a lunch.
From 9 in the morning start work is good.
Helpers room is my work room.so sometime I will use my pc in the room.
Some helper cancel the position suddenly so I may book 2 helper.
If both helper come,You need to share the room with the other helper.
When you will have day off Its good to take a day off diffirent day with the other helper(normally helper is one person but I book 2helper sometime just in case.) and especially weekday.
Im wake-up and sleep early because my daughter go to school about 7:20am. so I think it match this position,if you have the same kind of habit and flexible person who can adjust the others.
