At our farm in Tagounite, volunteers will experience a unique mix of agriculture, music, and cultural exchange. This program is ideal for those who love nature, creativity, and learning new skills.

What Volunteers Will Do

Palm Tree Farming: Help with watering, maintaining, and taking care of the palm trees, learning traditional and sustainable farming techniques.

General Farm Maintenance: Assist with small construction projects, cleaning, and improving the space.

Music & Creativity: If you’re interested, you can join in music sessions, collaborate on artistic projects, and share creative ideas.

Cultural Exchange: Experience Berber traditions, enjoy Moroccan tea, and connect with the local community.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Volunteers will have a balanced mix of farm work, creative projects, and free time to explore and relax. Activities include:

Palm Tree Farming: Watering, maintaining, and caring for the trees.

Farm Maintenance: Helping with small construction projects, cleaning, and general upkeep.

Music & Creativity: Joining jam sessions, collaborating on artistic projects, or simply enjoying music.

Cultural Exchange: Learning about Berber traditions, sharing meals, and experiencing local life.


Work Schedule

Volunteers will work around 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Mornings are usually dedicated to farm tasks when it’s cooler.

Afternoons are more flexible, with time for creative projects or personal activities.

Evenings are a great moment to relax, enjoy music, and share experiences.


This schedule allows volunteers to contribute meaningfully while also having time to enjoy the peaceful and artistic atmosphere of the farm.
