Das Erlebnis

Since 2004, we have been helping thousands of children through educational and healthcare support. We will be celebrating the year end festival to recognize the staff, sponsors, volunteers, and those who involved with the foundation.

We will organize the End-Year-Festival near Ranong, Thailand & we expect ca 250 people to come and celebrate with us. There will be activities for kids, exhibitions and of course delicious Thai food!

5 Stunden Hilfe pro Tag

Beschreibung: Participation fee is 600 Thai Baht per day for stay in the dormitory and 3 healthy meals per day. Yoga lessons are free and included once a day too.

Programmdetails

Event date: yearly end of December
Objective: To welcome and thank all people involved with TCDF in the last years and to celebrate the differences we have made together to help children
Audience: All parents, children, family members, staff, local people, sponsors, volunteers, hospital and community people who have been working with TCDF over the last years

Activities: Food fest by locals, traditional Thai dances, donation for educational material & many more!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Your Tasks: (Before, During & After)
Main - To document our preparation, event day & after event (video & photo format) and to have this ready as reels, video and pictures to be used on our social media
Secondary - To help other volunteers when you have finished your work with the preparation & cleaning the area

Tentative:
Day 1: Arrival, tour, info on the project, schedule for the coming week
Day 2: Make pictures/video of the volunteers/staff/work : Clean up area Circular Campus, preparation
Day 3: Make pictures/video of the volunteers/staff/work Event Day
Day 4: Make pictures/video of the volunteers/staff/work Clean up the premises
Day 5: Work on pictures and video for use on Social media
Day 6: Work on pictures and video for us on Social media
Day 7: free time; waterfall trip (make pictures and video too)

Regeln

Please realize you represent the Foundation, wear culturally appropriate clothes (no beach wear), no drinking / smoking during worktime, no drugs at all.
