I participated in this project from September 5 to 12, 2025, and the experience was terrible. I completely see this as a comment as inexperienced and non cultural adaptor volunteer. Host can't pay for your transportation, pick up and tours. I cover all your to waterfall and monkey sanctuary and he only paid for entrance. As someone who have been hosting volunteers for over 15 years, I rate this comment to be disrespectful, disappointed and ungrateful. During travel and orientation, I paid for all the hotels.... I therefore regret this comment and anyone should regard it as unacceptable.

A life changing experience, felt so in with the culture so welcomed so loved and looked after. Alfred And Margret specifically did a fantastic job of making me feel i was one of the family. I got a great connection with the kids and had a lot of freedom to do what made me feel happy, and was emerged into the way of life in Ghana, can't recommend it more
