Nico treated me like family, and I couldn't be more grateful! The house is just a few kilometers from the beach by bike and surrounded by beautiful nature (and cats). I learned so many delicious recipes, and how to play Scopa :D It was an enriching experience that I will carry in my heart forever!

It was an incredible experience; I was able to get out of my comfort zone and learn so many new things. And let's not forget Nicola, who is an incredible host with a big heart, who is very kind and always ready to listen! I'll never forget the three weeks I spent in Manduria !! <3

I had a lovely time. For a metropolitan boy like me it was quite an experience to spend time in the countryside. The beach is near and very beautiful. I was also able to visit Lecce. Nico is a very kind person you can have good conversations with. He even took us to a village festivity and he prepares delicious food. The work was a bit tough but still alright. I would recommend staying there and bring sunscreen with you!

I was volenteering at Nico's place for a month and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The work is flexible and changing, food was delicious and the location is simply perfect for a remote getaway and getting in contact with nature. Nico is an amazing host, incredible chef and someone you definitely want to share a chat with:). For anyone looking to escape the city rush and connect with nature's this experience will not disappoint!

My time spent @ Nicos home was so great I ended up extended my stay a week! Nico is a fantastic host with lots to teach & makes you feel at home. He introduced me to his neibor who is also lovely & into nature / good food! The recipes we swapped & chats we had will not be forgotten :) The work is hard but rewording, the room is great & the local town by bike is not to far. I would happily return & I look forward to one day. Thanks again Nico! :)

unfortunately lately I had an internet connection problem and I couldn't leave a review for Marco in the time allowed by the application. (only 15 days) I'll take the time to at least leave him a public comment :) Marco is a kind-hearted guy, very skilled and helpful, he always likes to learn new things. I hope to see him again soon! even though the worldpacker team doesn't allow me to leave a review, I give him a 5+++ for his stay in my little structure. thanks for everything Marco!!

I stayed one week longer than expected because i liked the place & Nico so much. Nico is a genuine and curious Person and appreciate every volunteer with the skills he brings along (we exchanged recipies about sourdough and Focaccia). The house is quite remote (next village 15 min by bike) and the work can be physically demanding, when you are okay with this, you will have an incredible time! This area in Puglia is a true gem. With Nico you can take a look behind the curtain, learn about local (environmental) challenges and the culture.

We had a great first WP experience in this project. Nicos place was beautiful and he was super welcoming and nice. Me and my Partner worked a lot on the olive harvest and some smaller project like sewing and drywall. We started work in the morning so we often had a lot of time to meet with other travelers or neighbors, go on hikes or take the bikes to the beach. Nico also cooked delicious food for us and baked some fresh bread which was just great. We had the best time and we definitely want to come back. Thank you for everything Nico!

Nico was a fantastic host, always going the extra mile for his volunteers, making everyone feel right at home. His daily home-cooked dinners were a highlight - delicious meals shared under a night sky filled with stars made each day special. If you're looking for a meaningful, welcoming, and beautiful experience in Italy, I can't recommend this opportunity enough.

I had a fantastic stay here, espically starting out as my first place. It was really a treat to learn how this part of Italy functions and be a part of projects then wouldn't be complete without me. 10/10
