As a Composting Team Member, you'll help manage our composting operations by collecting organic waste, overseeing the composting process, and ensuring the compost meets quality standards. Your tasks will include turning and mixing compost piles, maintaining equipment, and keeping records of composting activities. You'll also assist in educating the community about composting benefits and proper practices.
