Beschreibung: Volunteers contribute 10$ per person per day to cover expenses for food and living costs. For volunteer couples $16 per day ($8 per person, per day). Discounted surf lessons - 250,000 IDR per hour. Discounted surfboard rentals - 70,000 IDR per day. Scooter rental - 100,000 IDR per day (fuel not included).

Programmdetails

Join Toris, the passionate owner of Harus Damai Inn, in his mission to promote environmental sustainability and conservation in South Nias, Indonesia.

As a volunteer, your main task will be spending 1-2 hours daily in the morning, between 10 and 12, picking up trash on Lagundri Beach, leaving you the rest of your day to explore and enjoy the island's beauty. We expect our volunteers to be eager to set a good example for the local Indonesian community by promoting sustainability in an area where this practice is not widely taught. We are looking for enthusiastic and kind-hearted individuals who are passionate about helping others.

No previous experience is needed as we are willing to teach you the basics of beach clean-up and sustainability practices. Toris, your host, will guide you every step of the way! Join us for a fulfilling experience!

Your main task will be spending 45 minutes daily in the morning, picking up trash on Lagundri Beach, leaving you the rest of your day to explore and enjoy the island's beauty.

- Assist in daily beach cleaning activities to maintain a pristine environment.
- Properly dispose of litter and debris while supporting recycling efforts.
- Engage with locals and tourists to raise awareness about environmental conservation.
