We're looking for enthusiastic, creative, and friendly individuals to help us deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a volunteer, you'll be a vital part of our operations, handling marketing initiatives, welcoming guests, solving problems, and assisting with administrative tasks.

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche
Nachtschicht: Hilf bei Nachtschichtaufgaben und schaffe eine entspannende Umgebung für Gäste.
Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.
Verwaltung: Hilf bei Buchungssystemen und Zahlungen.
Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.
Zusätzliche Gebühr erforderlich
Betrag: US$ 5 Pro Tag
Gebühr bezahlt für: Vorteile für Reisende, Materialien für Freiwilligenaktivitäten und Spende an das Projekt

Anforderungen
Fließend Englisch oder Mittelstufe Spanisch
Zwischen 18 und 35 Jahre alt

Programmdetails
As a Hospitality & Marketing Volunteer, you'll enjoy free accommodation, access to surfboards and surf lessons, and unique cultural experiences. In return for a small daily fee of $5, you get to immerse yourself in the surf camp lifestyle while gaining valuable skills and making lifelong connections.
**What We Offer:**

**Requirements:**
- A passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in marketing and social media management is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a minimum stay of 1 month.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
**Responsibilities:**
- Create creative content for social media.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home.
- Assist in resolving any guest issues or concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Regeln
Volunteers must adhere to their schedule and complete tasks on time. Respect guests, staff, and fellow volunteers. Provide high-quality service and attention to detail in marketing, guest relations, problem-solving, and administrative duties. Follow all safety guidelines and hotel policies. Engage actively in team meetings and activities. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. No alcohol or substance abuse. Report any issues or incidents promptly.
Contribute positively to the camp’s atmosphere and uphold its values.
