Vivi no hostel um dos melhores meses da minha vida. Fiz amigos que se tornaram família. É um lugar muito bom pra conectar com pessoas do país, e praticar bastante seu espanhol. Além de praticar inglês com a maioria dos hóspedes também. Michelle e Valéria foram gosta muito boas. Um ponto que poderia melhor seria somente a alimentação, creio que por ser parte da troca, deve ser algo melhor. Um dia o café da manhã foi somente um pão seco e uma fatia de queijo, e outros dias o café e almoço seguiram sendo bem “pobres”. Por ser parte da troca, considero como um ponto de melhoria.

I had a great time at the hostel. It was my first time volunteering and I'm an introverted person so I had a hard time socializing in the beginning but after a while I learned so much! There wasn't a lot to do in the city but a lot of activities in the hostel. The working hours and what you got in return were definitly proportional! Thanks for all!

I volunteered as a Guest Experience and overall the tasks were easy and the schedule was respected. However, the host didn't explain the responsibilities very well. Luckily, there were other volunteers in the same role who helped me understand the day-to-day routine. About the food: it's quite basic. The breakfast is very simple, and the lunch has very little protein and no salad or vegetables. About the staff: some team members are really kind and friendly, but others make a point of treating volunteers poorly, which definitely affects the experience. Despite that, I still enjoyed!!

Pontos positivos: O lugar é lindo e tem potencial para ser um otimo ambiente para voluntarios! Gracias Miche e Carlos pela experiencia e por me ouvirem quando precisei conversar. Pontos negativos: A troca entre habitação e alimentação não é justa com as horas trabalhadas. Não tem cozinha e em diversos dias a comida não possuia proteina. O café da manhã também era fraco. Sobre staff: Alguns membros da equipe do bar sobrecarregavam os voluntarios presentes e eram grosseiros durante o turno.

Incredible experience! I made great friends with the staff and other volunteers it feels like a family. Val gave me weekly schedules at the beginning of the week and she was flexible if I wanted a specific day off or a specific time. The tasks are easy and theres always someone to help you if you need. I became more confident and outgoing because thats what the job requires.

This was definitely the best experience I've ever had! The structure is amazing, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help when needed. The work is so fun that you don't even feel like you're working and you become part of the family❤️

I really enjoyed my time in the hostel! The place is awesome, sun is shining every day, the landscape is just incredible and the people are so friendly! The job itself is pretty simple. Though, i think it should be more specific before being left alone. Thank you Michelle for this opportunity 🏜️🌞

Meus dias no hostel foram incríveis graças a esse voluntariado. Conheci lugares e pessoas que ficarão pra sempre em meu coração. As horas combinadas são cumpridas e o quarto é mega confortável e sempre limpo! A equipe me recebeu incrivelmente bem desde o inicio. Experiência 10/10 ♥️

The volunteer experience was good, the meals provided to staff are generous and tasty. My volunteer manager was very accomodating for schedule requests and was faithful to the agreed upon work requirements.

The hostel environment is great. Everybody on the team is super close and they respect agreed working hours. the hostel is also amazing and I definitely recomend this experience for other people.
