Lej is incredibly kind and wants the best for those in the space. He makes a clear and honest effort to build community and make the hostel feel like home. The location is absolutely unbeatable for experiencing Guadalajara. I would highly recommend seeing the local bars and pulquerías. Lej also picked me up from the airport, which was a wonderful gesture of hospitality, especially since this was my first worldpackers stay, and was pretty nervous. Although advertised as such, breakfast was not included and there were a few minor issues with other non-WP volunteers. Overall, I would recommend the hostel.

I had a good welcoming at my arrival, and good communication beforehand with the host. On day 1 though I learned than one of the volunteers was about to leave. He told me that while he was there he had his phone stolen by a hostel guest: red flag! The day after another volunteer decided to leave (?). I thought I was going to be the third one as I anticipated drastically my departure, but I was wrong. Two nights before my departure another volunteer had to leave as he got back late on drugs being very aggressive. Still, some good social moments, board games and meeting locals.

El espacio es muy tranquilo, algo perfecto para mi, y a la vez muy centrico, ideal para conocer las distintas zonas.. Creo que podria mejorarse el Enfoque, o la comunicación en cierto nivel.. Pero ha sido una muy grata experiencia, muy agradecido con la oportunidad.

I want to thank Lej for being so understandable! I started the volunteering and the same day I accidentally cut a small part of my finger and couldn't do too many activities and then I got sick for a few days and he understood everything. I was so excited to start the volunteering and sad that i didn't get to do that many things with them! I hope i come back soon to really have the experience!

El hostel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, justo entre la colonia Americana y el centro, lo que nos permite disfrutar de los mejores restaurantes y cafeterías de la Col. Americana, y de los precios accesibles de los mercados del centro. Lej fue flexible con mis horarios de trabajo virtual, lo que permitió colaborar sin problemas. Recomiendo ampliamente esta experiencia 😁

Excelente voluntariado en el hostel me sentí como en casa, lej es una persona increíble que siempre está dispuesto a qué todos se sientan cómodos y dialogar sobre los deberes y horarios . Volvería a repetirlo

Fue mi primera experiencia y me gustó mucho. Tenía un poco de temor por viajar sola a un lugar desconocido, pero fue todo lo bueno, las personas fueron muy respetuosas y me sentí en un lugar seguro. A la casa llegan personas maravillosas y de múltiples culturas, lo que hace que sea una estadía muy amena y divertida. El ambiente es muy tranquilo y colaborativo por lo que las actividades resultan sencillas de manejar. Lej es muy claro en sus indicaciones y tiene mucha disposición a orientarte, además buen conversador. ¡Muchas gracias por la experiencia 😊!
