Programmdetails

After the guests are leaving we clean the rooms. This is between 12:00 and 14:30. In low season you will have time to help in the garden. In high season you will help with rounds to keep everything clean during 24 hours. Time will be discussed.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

1. Clean and maintain common areas including lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways to ensure they are tidy, sanitary, and welcoming for guests.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and towels.
3. Ensure all rooms are clean and prepared for incoming guests, including making beds and changing linens.
4. Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas and ensure proper waste management practices are followed.
5. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the management team.
6. Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
7. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
8. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.

Regeln

We respect the privacy of every guest in our accommodation. Upon arrival, guests will receive a complete set of accommodation rules, including: smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas, no drugs allowed, limited alcohol consumption, employees and volunteers are expected to handle themselves appropriately in various situations.
