Programmdetails

I'm requesting that, during your first 2-3 days, you accompany me on my boat trips throughout the day. This means you'll need to stay with me for more than 5 hours. This will provide an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about how the job works, the places covered by our boat trips, and the various options we offer. Once you've gained this experience, you'll be ready to fully participate in our volunteer program.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Throughout your stay, you'll have different tasks and shifts, so we ask for flexibility from our volunteers. Shifts are 5 to 5.5 hours daily. One of your responsibilities will be assisting our staff at the kiosk by welcoming clients and helping them locate their boat. Occasionally, tourists may ask for information, and you can assist by providing details about our boat trips. Another task will be working at our office, located on the main beach in the city, promoting, giving flyers and selling boat trips. Additionally, you'll help with kayak rentals on the beachfront in front of the office. During your free time, you’re welcome to join our boat trips as a tour guide—it's a fun and enjoyable activity that offers a great experience

You will be informed about the daily schedule the night before.

Regeln

Volunteers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in their accommodations, which includes regularly cleaning their living space and shared areas. They are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled shifts and must treat all clients, colleagues, and guests with respect and courtesy.
