Programmdetails

We all live in a secluded, private area of the campground where we have built our own little community space. It's a beautiful spot with dorms, caravans and camp areas, our own bathrooms, washing machine and social areas. Please note, we live a really basic lifestyle and are surrounded by a rainforest and beach (yes, there will be lots of cool wildlife - including bugs). You will spend almost all your time OUTDOORS, there is 0 phone signal and very limited WIFI.

We cook and eat in the camp kitchen. Your breakfast is self-serve, lunch and dinner are cooked and enjoyed together. We do not provide snacks in between meals, but there is a shop for ice cream & snacks or you could indulge at the cafe.

We like to organize fun activities with & for our crew, but this lifestyle is made by all of YOU. We love being hosts and connecting with you, but we are also busy running businesses & raising 2 little girls.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

For this position we are looking to fill all program hours in 3-4 full days. This would leave you with lots of free days, either for extra shifts, surfing or a (side)job.

In reception we are looking for people who can support with the following:
- Running our shop by stocking, cleaning and sourcing supplies.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, offering helpful and accurate information.
- Maintaining reservation records in our booking software
- Performing happy and enthusiastic guest check-ins providing all necessary campground information
- Any previous office knowledge you can share or teach (accounting, marketing, webdesign, administration, etc.)

At Waves we say: the more YOU put into it, the more you get out of it! ASK about the surf lessons! GO on that walk! START the party! ORGANISE the beach games! ETC!

Regeln

We ask for a minimum stay of 6 weeks as we need plenty of time for you to get to know the campground and our reception systems. Longer stays are preferable. We find this allows you time to settle in, excel at your activities around the campground and that our Waves Crew is a big, happy family!

** Please allow me some time to respond. I understand planning your travels is important and value each application greatly. I receive a high volume of applications and in combination with raising 2 young girls and running my business it can take me a few days or so to get back to you. I ALWAYS respond so if we are your top choice and your arrival isn't immediate please be patient with me as chances are high I will be able to offer you a stay. **
