Programmdetails

Volunteering with the head of marketing, you will create content based on our calendar, but also on your own ideas and creativity.
You will manage the social media accounts of our multiple venues on multiple networks (mainly Instagram and Tiktok).
You will play a key role in the strategy to increase our brand awareness and engagement.
You will conduct outreach to potential partners and influencers to expand our network and reach.
Previous professional experience in marketing is not required, we have seen exceptional performance from talented people who only created content as a hobby and never did it professionally.

Our shift schedule here is as dynamic as the coastal lifestyle we embrace. You'll find yourself navigating a variety of experiences, from attending lively parties on some evenings to capturing early morning surf lessons on others. But fear not, this ever-changing schedule not only keeps things exciting but also allows ample time to indulge in the plethora of activities we offer our volunteers. When you're not behind the camera capturing our vibrant scene, you'll have the freedom to immerse yourself in our array of complimentary activities, including rejuvenating yoga classes, invigorating pilates sessions, heart-pounding boxing workouts, exhilarating spinning classes, and of course, surf lessons to ride the waves of Caparica's renowned coastline.
