I loved my stay at the hostel Koh Tao! The volunteers are one big family, I felt welcomed the second I started volunteering. I would definitely go back in the future and would recommend volunteering here to any and everyone :)

My experience volunteering at the hostel Koh Tao was absolutely amazing! Joelle is the most wonderful host you could ask for. Never really felt like work, was always keen for my next shift. Super social and fun and beautifully located right next to the pier as well. Everyone I worked with has become like family the vibes are always top notch at the hostel! Guests become friends within days/hours. I will 100% be coming back to Joelle and the hostel family. Couldn't recommend it enough to anyone thinking of going, this is the place to be on Koh Tao!

My time at the hostel was one of the best months of my life. I absolutely adore the place, people, and culture. The hostel itself is so welcoming and in such a good area, including a beach within a 3 minute walk! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Koh Tao! The hostel was honesty the most amazing experience! Mark was the kindest and friendliest host who would treat you like family rather than a staff member. The permanent staff were also super welcoming and I have created life long friendships that I will dearly miss. The shifts were completely reasonable and we're rotated between night and day so that you could have a mixed experience exploring the island or getting free entry to Koh Phangan's famous parties! I loved this volunteering experience and would recommend to anyone!

Working at the hostel was an absolute delight! The vibrant atmosphere, breathtaking beachfront views, and amazing night-life made it an unforgettable journey to say the least. I had a wonderful time in the hostel! The team was just great! I take so much away from this experience as a bartender and reception. We always had something to do and still were able to spend time with the guests on our own time and have fun. The hours were ok, I would maybe adjust the hours a bit to morning shift and afternoon shift, because in the evening there were too many behind the bar. Otherwise, everything was top, will definitely come again and can recommend this hostel to any traveler who likes to party, work and just want to have a good time. Thanks, lots of love to all of you!

It was a pleasure to work at the hostel Bach, I had so much fun and learned more, as always. Mark is really great and he gives all the support you need! The hostel is comfortable, in front of the beach, nice music, and also nice food !

It was a really good experience ! Most of the time I was at the bar taking orders, hence I got talk to so many people from all around the world and in such a beautiful place. I 100% recommend !
