The family here is very nice and there are many opportunities to spend time in nature and the rainforest. However, because nobody at the hostel speaks English a bit more than basic high school Spanish is recommended. I volunteered here to paint a mural but instead spent my three weeks cleaning rooms and helping with breakfast. That is where the most help seems to be required.
