Programmdetails

As a volunteer at our taverna, your primary responsibility will be serving dishes to our valued customers. While previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome individuals who are sociable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Our shifts are typically planned in advance, but we understand the importance of flexibility in a small business setting. Therefore, we are open to negotiating schedules with our volunteers to ensure a harmonious balance between work and personal commitments. While basic tasks will be taught on-site, we value individuals who are willing to adapt and contribute to our team's success.

Help is usually needed after 4 p.m. and maybe earlier on week-ends.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Our work demand typically peaks during late spring, summer, and early autumn, especially on weekends. Volunteers can expect to assist primarily after 4 p.m., although earlier shifts may be required on weekends. Despite the varying demands of our business, we strive to maintain a supportive and cohesive team environment. A designated team member will be available to guide volunteers through their tasks, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved. Join us in serving our customers with warmth and hospitality, and become part of our close-knit team here at the taverna in Tulcea.

It's a small business so the work that has to be done needs to be flexible but mostly serving clients.
