The experience at KMC was great! Work was fairly easy, and working hours were very well respected. Everyone was super friendly, I met lovely people, and we were quite a large group of volunteers. Great experience overall! I'm thankful to everyone at KMC!

This was a beautiful and enlightening experience. Everything about this place is great and I will come back for sure. The friendliness and openness of the community is super motivating. This has been one of my best experiences in traveling and also in life I would say.

Es un lugar perfecto para conectar con viajeros internacionales. Si buscas un espacio para un encuentro contigo mismo es perfecto pues aprendes sobre meditación y el lugar es muy tranquilo. Tienes un bosque para caminar según tu área de trabajo podrás sembrar árboles o aprender sobre cocina. La gente es muy tranquila, las tareas son sencillas y se cumplen los horarios.

EXCEPCIONAL! Não consigo pensar em outra palavra pra expressar como foi minha experiência. Escolhi o centro para fechar meu mochilão e não poderia ter escolhido um lugar melhor. O ambiente é de uma beleza surreal, as pessoas são leves, simpáticas, solicitas e amigas, as tarefas são ótimas assim como a comida. Gostaria de ter ficado mais dias, mas com certeza quero voltar o quanto antes.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Center the Center. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, and I learned so much about myself, Buddhist teaching, and the local culture. The work can be hard sometimes (especially in Landscaping and Maintenance), but they're always willing to teach you skills and listen if you need rest/want to work elsewhere. I will say—knowing some French would be very helpful, but I don't speak any and didn't have many issues at all. Many people were kind to translate for me if needed. Thank you KMC the Center for this experience!

I had a fantastic time volunteering at CMK the Center! A remote and peaceful location, there's a little village to explore and also a gorgeous forest to walk through nearby. The work was reasonable and overall well-organised and flexible. In addition, the team there were so open and welcoming; I got to meet heaps of amazing volunteers too, who I loved getting to work with. This was my first volunteering experience, and I absolutely loved it.

This was my first experience as a volunteer and I couldn't have asked for anything better. All the people I met were extremely receptive, friendly, kind and patient. Not everyone speaks English and I don't understand any French, but that didn't stop us from communicating with patience and understanding. The schedules are very organized and it was always very clear what was expected of me. My tasks were explained very well. Furthermore, the place is simply incredible, the connection with nature was spectacular and it was incredible to be able to disconnect from urban life.
