VOLUNTEER for one month in a small surfing town in Oaxaca!
Das Erlebnis
We are a small hostel on the island "Lagunas de Chacahua." A remote island about half an hour from Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. We love the simple pleasures in life, like taking beach walks, surfing, reading, and relaxing. We are not a party hostel by any means, but we do love socializing and enjoying an Aperol spritz during sunset. We are a 30 min walk from town which means that you have to plan out your outings, grocery shopping, etc.

30 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche
Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.
Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.
Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.
Barkeeper: Mixe und serviere Getränke und hilf bei der Verwaltung des Getränkebestands.
Zusätzliche Gebühr erforderlich
Betrag: MXN$ 1000 Pro Tag
Gebühr bezahlt für: Vorteile für Reisende
Beschreibung: YOU GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We take pride in everything we have to offer, and we've found ourselves short-staffed due to volunteers leaving within a day's notice. We decided to charge this fee so only people who are serious about it can apply. Once you finish your month's stay with us, we give you back your deposit.

We fairly divide the work between all of us daily. We all love having time to enjoy the island, but are also very committed to the tasks that need to be done around the hostel. If you apply, is because you are committed to being part of the team and helping us ensure everything runs smoothly.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
We have four different shifts: two in the morning / mid day / evening.
Mornings: We clean the communal spaces and serve breakfast.
Mid day: reception work, check ins/ outs and cleaning rooms.
Evening shift: Afternoon activities like volleyball tournaments, serving drinks and talking to guests.
Regeln
We are very respectful people and expect the same from our volunteers. As much we love chilling, we take our jobs very seriously. If you decide to come join us, we expect full commitment as part of our family. Rule No. 1: Respect for everyone and everything.
