Programmdetails

1. *Content Creation:* Develop and produce dynamic TikTok videos and other social media content that highlight the exciting events, activities, and overall atmosphere at Gili Castle.

2. *Storytelling:* Craft compelling narratives through your content, portraying the diverse and inclusive community that thrives at Gili Castle.

3. *Audience Engagement:* Interact with our audience across various social media platforms, responding to comments, questions, and fostering a sense of community online.

4. *Live Coverage:* Capture live moments during hostel events and activities, sharing real-time updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses to keep our audience engaged.

5. *Collaboration:* Work closely with other staff members to coordinate content creation, ensuring a cohesive and appealing social media presence for Gili Castle.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

The main focus will be capturing moments of our evening activities and parties which usually start at around 6 pm. But we also have some day programs like Snorkelling trips or our pool party. Our other Volunteers (Party Promoters) start at around 10/11 am and promote our nighttime activities and sign up guests. So in the daytime, you'd collaborate with the events team to promote upcoming activities and parties through engaging and shareable content.
