Das Erlebnis
We'd like guest people that should coope with the permanent crew of the boat. Maintainance and repairing will be the activities on Pandora and the other small boats that the association use to make sail training. Guests Will stay on board or (if the work doesn't permit to live there) in a big house 15 Min from the boat in the Hills of La Spezia. It Will be a wooden work but we'll guest even the beginners, there Is no difference of gender.

Malen & Dekorieren: Hilfe beim Streichen oder Dekorieren der Einrichtung.
Bauen & Reparieren: Hilf bei verschiedenen Reparatur- oder Bauarbeiten.

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

Programmdetails
All days, due to the weather, we start to work at 10.00 about to 16.00. We have a workshop where prepare frames to put on board. The Life Is an association Life so the program It depends on It. Flexibility is the key word!!
If the boat is on dry dock we'll stay in an house and we'll go to work to the boat with the car all the days. It Will be an hard work, i have to Say to you, and the working day Will start around 9.30 (you have to Imagine to have 40min of road trip before than) and finish around 18.00 (plus this 40 mins). I have to Say because for people that doesn't use to work with hands Is really hard... Nothing difficult, but heavy. We'll be a good team of work with other volunteers and worldpackers. Our intention is even work in a good state of mind, with smile and cooperation, so as to feel less the hard work! Usually we manage!
Aktivitäten & Schichten
We use to work all day together, we have to prepare boats for the activities season so the type of work It depend on the period of permanence. Anyway from the construction to the ordinary maintainance.
Regeln
Guests has to have their own shoes, gloves and clothes to work, we have work allover. No drugs are allowed. On board there Is no bedding, so you Need pillowcase, sheet and sleeping bag, but if we stay at home we have everything for the beds. All person present on board or at home will coope to maintain the place a good livin place using a chore chart for cleaning rules.
