Programmdetails

You are an important part of the team, you are the link between management and guests, ensuring guests have a wonderful stay and at the same time having a unforgettable experience yourself living in a new country and making new friendships.

We prefer a minimum of 1 month stays as it does take time to learn the roles and duties plus you yourself need time to truly experience the full culture and become a local.

It is like any other job with responsibilities

We also understand your here to have fun and new experience so we always offer staff flexibility in there roster shifts and ensure you will have lots of time to enjoy the beach.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

All staff will have to perform the following duties. We rotate the duties so all staff and everyone gets to experience different aspects of hostel life.

Reception
Duties include handling arrival and departure of guests.
Showing guests to there rooms and explaining hostel rules and
Greeting guests with a friendly warm welcome, giving insights into the town Lagos and hostel activities.
Taking and ensuring guests payments
Handling guest questions and being helpful
Take an active approach to interacting with guests " This is one aspect very important to us that our staff are like long lost friends to the guests " We want our staff and guests to make new longlife friendship. We are a small hostel and pride ourselves on offering a best friends family vibe for our guests.

Regeln

Accommodation will be in a villa with a shared with other staff in the bedroom of 20m2 and a private bathroom and shared kitchen.

The shared bedroom is only for workaway staff.
All amenities supplied, hot water, internet etc.
Only 15 minutes walk to beaches

No drug use
