6 Stunden Hilfe pro Tag

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Bauen & Reparieren: Hilf bei verschiedenen Reparatur- oder Bauarbeiten.

Haustierbetreuung: Betreuung und Pflege von Haustieren.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Zusätzliche Gebühr erforderlich

Betrag: € 25 Pro Woche

Gebühr bezahlt für: Spende an das Projekt

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Privatzimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem privaten Zimmer. Mit anderen Worten, ein Zimmer nur für dich.

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

Mittagessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Mittagessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Kostenlose Getränke: Prost! Erhalte kostenlose und leckere Getränke für dich.

Abholung: Wir holen dich bei deiner Ankunft ab und bringen dich zu unserem Grundstück.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Programmdetails

No skills are necessary but obviously the love of dogs is required as you will be living with maximum 5 dogs in the home and when coming to the shelter to help we have a lot, over 500 can be very overwhelming so you need to be comfortable working around dogs, none of our dogs are aggressive towards humans they just want love and attention.
Other tasks : feeding the animals and a lot of cleaning to ensure the dogs have a clean living area.

The work on some days can be hard and sometimes overwhelming, please remember we do this on a daily basis but we do it as our dogs in our shelter need us.

It's better if you are used to be with animals but it's not an obligation, our animals are very nice and not dangerous at all !
We except people who are ready to involve themselves physically and especially psychologically. We need people who really love animals and are ready to dedicate themselves to the shelter.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Daily routine is feeding of the dogs, changing water and cleaning there areas plus general household cleaning

Some times maintenance work and manual work required

Learning and understanding Dogs, maintenance, health care
We welcome all volunteers and any ideas they have to improve the conditions at the shelter.
Our Shelter is forever improving but very basic and rugged, our facilities aren't the best but our dogs are well cared for and loved.
You will be helping with the day to day cleaning of the shelter with lots of kisses and cuddles from the dogs, if you are wary of dogs this is not the place for you.
Working amongst different nationalities enabling to broaden or learn, English, Turkish or German.
You will also gain an insight into Turkish culture and there mentality

Regeln

Few house and shelter rules

Always clean up after yourselves

Do not leave anything lying around as dogs will take it or knock them down.

Do not go into the house with your outside shoes.
Do not leave lights on or electrical appliances on as electric is expensive in turkey

You have access to the home and garden, please treat the house, it's occupants and the foster dogs with love and respect.

When going through gates don't let dogs through if they get through you must catch that dog.

All tools to be returned to the same place you found them.

If you have finished your given tasks please ask for what else to be done as always other things need doing
