Michealshof offers one of the best organised volunteers experience, I had a amazing time there. I appreciated the place a lot, from the opportunity to know a lot of beautiful people to the various activities they propose. I had the opportunity to learn folk dances, to try dishes all over the world, to spend unforgettable days and nights with friends met there, to work in the fabulous construction, gardening, kitchen and etc. teams. Absolutely recommended!

Best experience of my life! It was my first time volunteering and I couldn't have asked for a better place. Be aware that you will not wan't to sleep because you are having so much fun, the evenings are the best, everyone together, cooking, playing, talking, dancing, calisthenics, whatever. I applied for kitchen but once you are there you can ask your mentor for anything you want to try, I even did construction without any experience! I got in touch with people, nature and myself, it feels like taking a break from life, thank you Sammatz, I definitely want to go back.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sammatz, and I can't wait for the opportunity to go back someday! I appreciated the flexibility to try lots of different jobs and learn new skills from all of them. The community itself is beautiful and surrounded by lots of lush nature, available for you to explore. Sammatz is such a welcoming and friendly place, making it truly difficult to leave even after one month. The people and memories I made here will be forever cherished, and I can't recommend it more!

I don't think I've ever had this much fun before :) I totally recommend it to young people who want a place to connect and work on something big and meaningful! The volunteercoördination is amazing and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a good time. In the beginning it was a bit overwhelming but I'm so so glad I decided to stay. I got the chance to work in a lot of different fields!! I'm so happy I got the opportunity to work with the kids. One thing I think you should know is: if you decide to extend your stay you'll work 7.5 hours a day, instead of 6.5. But I 1000% recommend it!

Sammatz was like a second home! I couldn't imagine a group of friends could create anything like this. I met a lot of beautiful people from all over the world and learned so much about farming, gardening, kitchen and childcare. The amazing thing is that you can try any activity you want and then ask your mentor to continue with the one you like the most. Apart from work we also played different sports, had dancing classes, a costume party and many more! I would definitely recommend the Sammatz community to friends and anyone who's looking for an amazing volunteering experience!)

I had a great experience at Sammatz! The community is very welcoming and the area is beautiful. There are opportunities to work in many areas based on your interests and to try different jobs which I loved. You can really learn a lot here. The work schedule can be busy but there are so many extra supports such as fun events for volunteers, a mentor for each person who can help you with any questions or concerns, high quality and delicious food, and a beautiful area with many outdoor activities.
