11/10 for the hostel 🥹 They took me in last minute after I had a really bad experience at another hostel and made me feel like a part of the family the whole time. I worked from 6-11pm behind the bar, so I took orders and kept the place clean. The work was easy and instructions were super clear. Waldir showed me everything on the first day with a task list, and Antonio was incredibly kind. They accommodated me at every turn, from breakfast to laundry to information. I made friends and had a fantastic time. THANK YOU!!

Heyyy ! This was my first worldpackers experience and I had a truly amazing time ! the hostel is so chill and so perfect to meet people and create amazing friendships ! It's so well situated in Cusco, either to wake up at 5AM to go on excursions and hikes or to stay out until 5AM and enjoy the night life !! I stayed two weeks but could have stayed much more, Cusco is so rich in culture and so lively !! Soooo much to do, I will never forget this place and all the amazing people I've met here 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 Thank youuuuuu the hostel

I enjoyed my time at the hostel & even stayed an extra week! :) Thank you so much to Waldir, Tonio, Flavio & Sheila for everything. This is a very very chill hostel & you are often working your shift in the bar completely alone and it can feel a little anti-social sometimes. If you make the effort you can be more social and have a lot of fun! One of the staff members likes to become "boss" when managers are not around and can be really rude but my advice is just to ignore and continue with your normal work! Overall, I would come back here 100% - Muchas gracias por todo!!

La experiencia que tuve en el hostel fue hermosa❤️ desde el primer día me sentí en casa, todos siempre dispuestos a ayudarme. Waldir, Toño y Flavio fueron exelentes jefes, compañeros y sobre todo amigos. Los voluntarios super buenos compañeros. La vibra del Hostel es única! Me llevo una linda familia y Miles de recuerdos. Espero volver pronto! Si quieren tener una linda experiencia en Cusco, recomiendo este lugar ✨

Meu voluntariado no hostel foi incrível, o hostel é muito tranquilo, as atividades são fáceis e bem organizadas! A localização é ótima, pertinho da plaza de armas. Fiz amizades que vou levar para a vida, gratidão demais a toda equipe do hostel por ter me acolhido tão bem!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fué maravillosa! Encontré una familia por el camino, conocí personas magicas de todo el mundo, aprendí de la diversa y tan viva identidad cusqueña, compartí bonitas e interesantes conversaciones en todos los idiomas, muchas risas y lindas sonrisas, alguna fiesta y preciosos momentos que me llevo conmigo. Waldir el mejor jefe, Toño el mejor cocinero, Flabio el mejor compañero, el equipo de limpieza y recepción personas generosas, amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudarme. Mis compañeros voluntarios fueron todos maravillosos. DE MIS MEJORES VOLUNTARIADOS! Muchas gracias

En el hostel, encontré personas que sonríen facilmente y te hacen sentir como en casa. Fui muy bien acogida y conocí a gente de todo el mundo. El personal es increíble y cada historia que conocí, cada desayuno que serví, cada canción nueva que escuché, cada abrazo que di y los hermosos paisajes de Cusco ya son parte de mi corazón. Muchas gracias a Diego, a las dos Elizabeth, Flavio, Jhonatan, Paola, Ruth, Toño, Waldir y seguramente a los amables voluntarios (perdón si escribí mal los nombres jajaja). No les olvidaré. Sin duda, el hostel fue uno de los mejores hostales en el que estuve.

Loved working and living at this cozy hostel. The staff made me feel like part of the team immediately and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. I loved the chilled vibes of the hostel and the fact they have a tour booking agency that offers discount to volunteers was so helpful and convenient. I was only meant to stay a couple weeks but ended up staying a month as I was enjoying myself so much. Great location. Living conditions were exceptional as well as access to water and kitchen. The work itself is super chill and straightforward. Would recommend the hostel 10/10.

Waldir is a great accommodating host. I ended up changing dates as my friend was arriving in town and he was very gracious and helpful. The hostel itself has a very relaxed atmosphere and the tasks are very easy. The schedules and days off were honored as stated.
