At the visitor centrum of TCDF Eco-Logic is a school for children with disabilities, a food forest and an organic garden and farm. Sustainability is our goal
We are looking for an enthusiastic gardener with a permaculture background who can, together with our staff coordinate, organize and communicate the vegetable and foodforest of TCDF to our visitors/guest in the gardens. You can do this with or independently.

Programmdetails

In the mornings you will stay together with our staff on planting, weeding, pruning and maintaining the gardens and food forest. You will also inform guests and visitors about the work in the gardens and work side by side with them. If there are no participants, you work independently with our staff and our students with their work on the farm and care of the animals (fish and ducks/chicken)
In the afternoons you can work in the area of the resort around the kitchen gardens and the gardens of the accommodation by yourself. You will have a schedule.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

You work from Tuesday to Saturday
You will work with our staff, guest and volunteers in the mornings and on Saturday you work with local kids.
In the afternoons you will work independent in the gardens on the premises.

Your schedule:
* mornings from 9 to 12. Guest and visitors can join from 10 oclock
* afternoons from 1 to 4 on your own, or with guests/visitors.

You can join yoga sessions in the morning or in the evening for free.
We will teach you some Thai language to communicate with our staff and students.

Sundays and Mondays are free days (flexible)

You will stay in a private room and get 3 healthy meals a day, as well as coffee, water and herbal tea. Additional orders from the kitchen, bar or activities will be written on your bill with us. The bill can be cleared once a week.

Regeln

You commit for at least 1 full month, to a maximum of 3 months.
Please know we cannot provide a workpermit, you will stay as a guest of Eco-Logic and participate in farm and garden activities. You will come as a tourist to Thailand.
You participate 6 hours/day, 5 days/week.
You are independent and reliable with your responsibilities.
You join any team meetings and evaluations.
You clear your bills weekly.
You keep your room clean.
You do not smoke, use drugs or drink alcohol
You dress politely for a rural Thai area.
You speak politely to both guests and staff.
You show environmental awareness by limiting the use of plastic, electricity and chemicals.
You have your meals with the group in a social manner, without use of your telephone.
You can discuss any improvement or changes concerning our gardens with our management to be organized.
