I had an amazing time volunteering at the hotel. Koh Rong Salaem is such a beautiful, special place surrounded by nature you feel at peace. The work is really enjoyable & getting to know everyone & all the guests staying there. The hours are well balanced & you have plenty of time to explore the island. The owners & all the bar & kitchen staff are so kind & welcoming. Tasymn is the best host & manager and great to work with. Thank you all for a lovely time ❤️

The hotel é simplesmente um lugar onde se pode enchergar amor, simplicidade natureza e tudo o que relaxa o corpo e an alma. Um lugar de paz, de descanso e um verdadeiro paraíso que transcende qualquer expectativa. Aqui se reaprende, se reconeta e disconecta de tudo que te faz mal nos mantendo ligado apenas a aquilo que realmente nos importa. O amor, a vida e a liberdade de viver dias incríveis. Aqui é simplesmente um lugar para se sentir feliz todos os dias. Super recomendo!

My stay at the hotel was wonderful❤️ They made me feel welcome from day 1, and everything was easy and enjoyable. It is a quiet island in general, and the resort is located also in a quiet place. You can enjoy the paddle and snorkel equipment, and I even got the chance to go with some guests to a nearby beach by boat! I sincerely loved my days there, and hopefully I'll be able to come back!

My experience at the hotel was really good. The place has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere, and the guests are super friendly. The schedule gives you enough time to explore the island and relax on the beach. The food is great, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough. You can also use the washing machine and the paddleboards, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy nature.

¡Ha sido una experiencia genial! Ha sido nuestro primer workaway y nos hemos ido contentos y a la par con pena de irnos. Todo el staff empezando por Shiobra son muy acogedores y te ayudan en todo, el alojamiento es básico, pero no necesitas nada más con el entorno idílico que tienes alrededor. Las tareas diarias son básicamente de barra/camarero, fáciles de aprender y sin grandes complicaciones (los cocktails fue lo que más nos costó pillar 😅). Y por último, mención especial a la comida, eliges de la carta y es abundante y muy rica. ¡Sin duda recomendamos la experiencia!

We left few days ago and I already miss everyone. The staff is friendly and very nice. the manager respects the proposed conditions. I got sick two days and everyone took care of me, as if they had known me forever. The sea is something wonderful. Working always looking at the sea gives joy and is good for the heart. Recommended!!

I had a great time volunteering as a waitress and bartender. The host is really welcoming and made me feel at home from day one. I was able to pick up everything quickly, learning the ropes in just two days. The team was supportive, and the overall vibe was super positive. I enjoyed meeting new people and being part of such a friendly atmosphere.
