We are looking for volunteers to help us set up our campsite for Oktoberfest.
We will start setting up on the 5th of September and the festival runs from 16th September to the 3rd of October, from here we will begin pack down.

Set up

Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

During set up it’s all hands on deck, we will be listening to music, setting up tents and having a few beers in the sun (hopefully)

During the festival it’s more of a meet and greet role, customers will check in and you’ll show them to their accommodation, explain how to get to Oktoberfest etc.

There is some cleaning of tents in the morning each day, usually around 1-2 hours depending on the weather and how many check outs we have that morning.

After the tents are ready for new check-ins you are free to go into the festival and experience Oktoberfest, all we require is for half of the volunteers to stay behind to greet guests each day, so every second day is only a few hours in the morning and then you’re free to experience the festivities.

Whilst you’re volunteering with us you will receive tent accommodation, 3 meals per day and unlimited beer to drink :)
