We are looking for a volunteer to assist our already awesome team with simple tasks to keep our Hostel running smooth!

Volunteers are in addition to our existing contract team to help with the workload and make the work smoother.

All of our staff love to party when they aren't working so the position is perfect for a social person that likes the occasional drink.

Was Sie anbieten

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Barkeeper: Mixe und serviere Getränke und hilf bei der Verwaltung des Getränkebestands.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Programmdetails

You could be assigned to either Morning shifts or Evening shifts (we never ask volunteers to work both morning and evening in the same day!).

Morning work can consist of tasks such as making beds, serving breakfast, cleaning the bar kitchen area etc. (we never ask volunteers to clean toilets or showers)

Evening work can consist of helping bartenders with washing glasses, getting stock, cleaning the bar kitchen or guest kitchen, doing laundry from the accommodation.

We respect the working hours so the volunteers who help in the night are never expected to help the next morning.

You'll have minimum of 2 days off per week so you can explore Bruges, and rest of Belgium!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Housekeeping:
-making beds, sweeping, moping, dusting, cleaning, taking out the trash, bringing linen.
Breakfast service:
-cutting fruits and veggies, refilling the buffet with foods and drinks(milk, yoghurt, bread, salami, ham, cheese etc.), washing dishes, cleaning tables and other breakfast service related jobs.
Bar service:
-Collecting and washing glasses, serving pizzas, taking out the trash, collecting and sorting empty bottles
Laundry:
-washing and drying the hostel linen, folding the linen and storing the linen.
-Kitchen cleaning:
Sweeping and moping, wiping the surfaces, taking out the trash, washing dishes etc.
