Since it was my first project, I was anxious, but from day one, Gill and James were so kind and made me feel at home. The roles were always aligned and flexible, and meals were prepared daily using fresh and healthy food. I had the opportunity to learn a little about how to care for the winery, bottle, label and much more. It was a period of great learning and connection with nature!
