I had an amazing stay at the hostel. My volunteering role was as part of the entertainment team and entailed interacting with the guests, promoting the parties and running walking tours/cooking classes. Everyone was very welcoming, the team is amazing and all the other volunteers were lovely throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this trip if you like a chill island vibe but also enjoy partying.

Fácilmente digo que el hostel es mi casa en México. Increíble lugar (que nadie cree que también pueda ser un albergue). Personas increíbles que, para mí, son mi familia. El trabajo a veces se llena pero nada que estorbe o que no podamos hablar con la persona a cargo para arreglarlo. Siempre fueron muy comprensivos y ven lo mucho que nos esforzamos también. El voluntariado es un intercambio de experiencias y favores, el hostel ciertamente lo entiende y logramos trabajar juntos. Estoy agradecida con todas las personas increíbles que he conocido!

Great experience. Is a lot of work and you have to communicate very well with the manager cuz they will not ask if you are completely satisfied with the work. The people is AMAZING, cannot describe the love you will get from the staff and other volunteers 🤍. The hotel is very VERY beautiful, but the volunteers rooms were in construction so it wasn't the safest place to be. Overall great experience and would recommend for anyone who wants to have fun. Thank you Arturo for everything.

Es un lugar mágico en el corto tiempo de mi estadía pude disfrutar mucho de la playa, conocer personas y practicar mi inglés, todo el personal es muy amable.😊

I spent at the hostel 5 weeks helping with breakfasts, Isla Mujeres is such a beautiful place, even it's small you can't be bored! you have opportunity to use a bike (what i did almost everyday) so you can explore its beauty on your own; working hours are totally respected, also your days off are flexible, if you have special wish just ask; volunteers and employees stay in one dorm what makes easier building a good team; i definitely enjoyed my stay there and recommend volunteering at the hostel everyone! you will live your dreams!! muchas gracias por todo, i already miss that place and people!<3

Simplesmente la mejor experiencia de mi vida! En el hostel encontré una familia, crié amistads que llevaré para siempre en mi corazón. El lugar es hermosissimo y viverás momentos muy especiales!! El trabajo es intenso, pero después puedes relajar a la playa 😊 Me encanté por todo y ya extraño todos!!

Fue una increíble experiencia, el hostel es hermoso , las instalaciones muy buenas, cumple con todo lo que ofrece, y el ambiente muy grato . Aprendí mucho y estoy agradecida por ello, hice amigos , me divertí, conocí la isla que aunque es pequeña tiene mucho que ofrecer. Estaré siempre agradecida con el hostel por la oportunidad de hacer un voluntariado con ellos espero volver algún día. Sin duda lo recomiendo !!

Muy entretenido, los encargados son super flexibles y atentos a cualquier problema para solucionarlo, me hice una familia en isla!! El hostal recibe muchos huespedes extranjeros, asi que es una super oportunidad para hacer amigos de otros lugares, nuestra habitacion estaba super bien y con balcón privadoooo, lo mejor...

I had an amazing experience at the hostel. The hostel it's such a wonderful place to be, the staff was very friendly and nice with me and also the other volunteers. Working shift were pretty serious and demanding sometimes but I like it since it was a quite professional experience. Food was very good. It was impossible to get bored since you always meet so many other travellers and visitors. Great parties 3 times a week. And l I think this hostel was in the best location of the island! All in all I had a very great time and it was hard to leave this place at the end. Thank you!
