Das Erlebnis

We are looking for dedicated & responsible person who can be here for a minimum of 1 week. Daily task will be cleaning the bedrooms, common area, handle check-in and check-out, take guests to the main attractions and show them around the city.

Volunteers who participating in the work-exchange program are expected to work in exchange a dorm beds, one home cooked meal a day, and of course we will teach you about Sri Lanka and its history.

Programmdetails

You must be English speaking, polite, clean and responsible for welcome guests, handle check-in & check-out, house keeping, clean the toilet, we can negotiate and manage daily tasks and I can teach you about my home town, culture and history of the Island.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

The day can be divided into morning and evening shifts. Work Responsibilities Include:

- General cleaning & housekeeping duties
- Front desk duties (Handling reservations, checking in/out guests, hostel tour, responding to guests via phone & WhatsApp)
- Assisting with guests information (Cafes, bars, restaurants, bus, train.)
- Collect Payments
- Helping out with Laundry
- Ensure sustainable local practice.
