The place is beautiful. You are in the middle of the Sacred Valley. The house is quite, always clean and filled up with amazing goodies. Food is always prepared with lots of love, in groups with international volunteers and locals which creates really rich experiences. There is a lot we eat from what the farm produces, all organic and delicious. Tasks are very diverse and interesting so there is a lot to learn about from and experienced.

It would be impossible to explain all the feelings that go through our hearts right now. Sarah is an excellent person with a huge heart, very patient and understanding. She is always open to listen and understand the needs of everyone, she has God as the main pillar of her life, and it was always very clear to us how much she loves this place that she cares for. Everything went much better than we expected, and we have nothing but thanks to Sarah. We will carry this experience and the people we met here in our hearts. Thank you Sarah.

A person with a giant heart and a priceless love for what she does and the place she cares for. The hospitality, the facilities, the nature, the animals, the food, the work, the people, everything about this place is fantastic and we will carry it in our hearts forever. Sarah's connection with God is something rare. Something pure and genuine. That was very important to us as well. Gratitude! I hope to come back.

I loved this experience, my first as a volunteer. I felt very welcome, the house was like my second family, both with the volunteers and the people of the village. As for Sarah, she's a very kind, welcoming and attentive person, who allows us to carry out our projects and work according to our own skills. I believe there are many magical places on the planet. And what Sarah built in this small town in Peru is one of them. Este viaje ha Sido realmente increíble, he conocido gente maravillosa 😍. Cada día he tenido solo bendiciones, comida riquísima, una familia unida, mi cuarto bello y trabajos super WOW! Hay muchos animalitos , fiestas paisajes hermosos, museos, y ya visite Machupicchu!! He conocido la paz aquí, la compañía de Dios, fuerza de Dios y amor de Dios gracias a la increíble Sarita, una anfitriona trabajadora, amable, cariñosa, valiente, amorosa, divertida y guapa. Não recomendo, dentre 4 experiências que tive, foi a única que não consegui conciliar com trabalhos pessoais, visto que a Sarah é desorganizada com as tarefas e nos trata como funcionários constantemente monitorando e falando que paga por tudo e deseja disponibilidade 24 horas. Todos os voluntários pedem alteração de data quando chega ao local devido a situação.

This was tough hosting this couple. Both have other jobs online + did not have time to work for us. Her job was to post blog photos I took on my blog. In 2 wks she worked less than 6 hours. We gently tried to ask she would do her agreed hrs - then the man got very hostile + aggressive. I own an award winning design agency + have many employees. The kind of work we asked her to do was very fair. They may be good in a hostel at night but I do not advise for any work that they have to be accountable. They are not honest people. We have 8 volunteer witnesses, be very careful.

Foi uma experiência horrível, a Sarah é uma pessoa completamente instável, de manhã transformava a vida de todos os voluntários em um inferno e de tarde ficava pedindo desculpas. Isso todos os dias. Me candidatei para vaga de fotografia e ela queria que eu ficasse no campo realizando trabalho pesado. Além de ser completamente desorganizada, sempre que perguntava pra ela o que era necessário fazer, ela sempre respondia que estava ocupada e nunca nos dizia. E depois enquanto aguardavamos ela para saber o que fazer ela ficava jogando na nossa cara que estávamos parado e que ela pagava por tudo.

Lucas seems nice, but can be rude pushy + uncool. He was late almost daily + did not show up 2x for photographing farm projects. In our welcome guide we let people know volunteers help with the dishes + along with their tasks they maybe asked to do certain jobs like helping bring in groceries or move something. When he told me off in front of a group he mentioned how mad he was he was asked to do dishes. His wife barely worked the whole time + just stayed in the private room we gave them. We gently asked them to be more responsible + proactive + honor the work agreement without success.

J ai eu des dificultees a communiquer car je parle peu Anglais et Sarah parle tres peu l Espagnol. Grande liberte pour choisir ce que l on aime faire Et tres souple sur la possibilitee d aranger ses horaires

Thanks for your feedback. I wish you would have had a better time. It was unfortunate you had prior issues with your back surgery and only stayed a few days. We did our best to care for you. Perhaps without being in so much pain you may have had a better time.

As far as language - our post is in English, our questions are in English and we speak English Quechwa and Spanish on the farm. Yes, we do not speak French - but we do have Google translate. Well wishes on your journey - It is what it is.
