I had a really great time in the hostel. I was staying and working at the Enigmatic, the team was so nice and helpful. Cancún is a very nice city with beautiful beaches, crazy nightlife and amazing food.

Realmente una experiencia única! Llena de aprendizaje, aventuras, naturaleza, y crecimiento personal. Desde que uno llega al hostel, te reciben de una manera que te hace sentir que haz llegado a donde deberías estar. Tuve la oportunidad de coincidir con viajeros de muchas partes del mundo, mejore mi inglés, conocí gente increíble y tanto los trabajadores del lugar como los otros voluntarios! Definitivamente lo recomiendo un montón, fue mi primera experiencia de voluntariado y la repetiría mil veces más! Eternamente agradecida y con mil ganas de volver!

I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel. Carlos was very helpful. The full-time staff is great. The work was fair and as agreed to, and there is enough free time to explore the area. Cancún is amazing. The beaches are beautiful, and there are a lot of restaurants and bars. Helping at the hostel gave me an opportunity to meet travellers from all over the world.

A localização é óptima está mesmo no centro de Cancún, a dois minutos da parada do onibus para a praia, perto de supermercados e do transporte que vai directo para o aeroporto. O hostal está bem legal tem cinema, bar, piscina, espaço de coworking. Os funcionários são todos muito amáveis e disponíveis. O hostal também oferece um monte de tours e actividades que se pode fazer a bons preços. Os quartos são limpos, aliás todo o hostal é bastante limpo. O meu horário de trabalho era 5 horas, cinco dias por semana e como estava na recepção deu para praticar espanhol e inglês.

La experiencia en el hostel fue realmente muy buena. Se respetó siempre la idea de voluntariado ya que las tareas eran sencillas. A mi tocó asistir a las camaristas en sus tareas de limpieza de habitaciones. Todos los empleados me hicieron sentir como en casa, conversé con ellos asi que pude conocer mas sobre sus costumbres aqui en México. Definitivamente recomiendo voluntariar en el hostel!!

Fue una experiencia increíble! Me tocó trabajar en recepción y la verdad es que todos fueron super buenos conmigo. Siempre se respetaron los horarios de trabajo, los días libres y nunca hubo ningún inconveniente. Gracias a la gente de recepción, a Arturo y a Carlos por todo. Espero volver pronto

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel. The staff was incredible, frendly and welcoming ,and the location was quait and beautiful. I was the front desk, and the job was easy and fun. I recommend it. Thank you the hostel

I had a very nice month at the hostel. you get to know new people very quickly. The hostel was in a very good location in downtown, it was clean and the rooms had their own bathrooms. all in all a very cool experience

This was my first experience with worldpackers and I had the best time in Cancun. There was a few hiccups, I was put into a guest co-ed room for 2 weeks when you are promised a volunteer only room. The free food they give you at the party hostel is terrible and the communication could be better because when I arrived I had no idea what to do plus being in a guest room with no other volunteers I was completely lost. But besides these few hiccups, i had a great time and met amazing people.
