Being a volunteer at the hostel was an amazing experience. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and loving from the beggining until the very end. If you love to party, socialise and just being surrounded by amazing people, this place is perfect for you. Was only planning to stay 3 weeks at the beggining but ended up staying for 7! The cleaners, the cooks, the guides, the board guys and all other workers were all so friendly and really aceppted me into their family. Big shotout to amazing Paulina who is the best boss ever. I will be back soon!!

Mon expérience au l'auberge de jeunesse était incroyable. J'ai eu le sentiment de passer les fêtes de fin d'année et de vivre 3 semaines en famille, avec les autres volontaires et le staff de l'hôtel. C'était aussi super d'être proche du staff qui était local. La manager Paulina est très gentille, à l'écoute et arrangeante c'était vraiment agréable de travailler avec elle. Les shifts de jour consistent à monter le volcan Cerro Negro et le descendre en luge : définitivement mon activité préférée ! Les shifts du soir consistent à animer ou accompagner dans les soirées.

Experiencia increíble!! Mi paso por el hostel fue increíble, un voluntariado lleno de diversión y actividades/tours por los volcanes de la zona. Además te sentirás como en casa, la familia del hostel te acogerá como a uno más y nunca te sentirás solo!! Totalmente recomendado.

Fue una breve pero bonita experiencia que voy a llevar en mi recuerdo, si lo que buscas es un voluntariado con mucha fiesta este es el tuyo sin duda, tiene un gran equipo humano trabajando en el hostel que harán todo lo posible para que te sientas como en casa, y las actividades son muy dinámicas no te dará tiempo aburrirte, por mi parte el único consejo es que si sabes inglés será mucho mejor tu experiencia y podrás disfrutarla más si cabe, mil gracias por estos días y éxitos 🍃🙌

Volunteering at the hostel was definitely one of the best decisions I made this year. The staff is amazing, I felt at home from the start and all the tasks are fun to do, whether it's karaoke night or volcano boarding. There are no words to describe how much I enjoyed spending my time there and meeting new people every day, since I consider it to be te perfect balance between partying and joining outdoor activities. I'm already missing the hostel so much, but I'm very grateful because I got the chance to be part of this incredible family :)

Este fue mi primer voluntariado y creo que no había mejor opción que el hostel! <3 Todo lo que te incluye y lo que das vale la pena, si te gusta lo extremo como subir volcanes, ir súper rápido en una tabla, caminatas para ver el amanecer y atardecer esto es lo tuyo, y, si SOS extrovertido y queres diversión créeme que la fiesta nunca falta acá. Las personas del hostel son muy lindas y te hacen sentir en casa, la comida nunca falta, los tours son gratis para los voluntarios (la mejor parte), el trabajo es divertirte! ✨🌋🎊

Voluntariar en el hostel es una fiesta. Estuve 3 semanas y siento este hostel como una casita lejos de casa. El equipo es increíble, Pauli es muy comunicativa y siempre está dispuesta a ayudarte. Las instalaciones, la comida y las actividades son increíbles. Si te gusta la fiesta, conocer gente nueva y tirarte de un volcán activo, este hostel es para vos. Gracias el hostel por todo🧡

El hostel es increíble, las tareas son muy divertidas y la comida riquísima y variada, las instalaciones del hostel son muy cómodas y la ubicación es perfecta, voy a extrañar la energía del hostel, sin dudas voy a volver

The hostel is the dream for me as a volunteer! Even though I was there in the low season, I still had fun every day with the other volunteers and the staff. Everyone who works there is so lovely! Volcano boarding is so much fun and I loved getting to know the guests on the hike, then having the party after. Definitely a lot of partying, so make sure you're up for that, but it's so fun! They also give you lunch and dinner which was always yummy and so convenient.

My time here at the hostel has been absolutely amazing. The job is clear and simple. Sometimes you will go help the guide on the volcano, sometimes you will promoting the activities. They basically only ask for you to have fun and help create a good atmosphere for the guests. The hours are given in advance, the food is simple but always great, and the staff will do everything to make you feel at home. If you like to party and hike volcanoes, this place is for you. Had so much fun
