Programmdetails

As a volunteer receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in and out, answering questions, providing information about the hostel and the surrounding area, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay. You will help closely with our paid reception staff and have the opportunity to learn from experienced hospitality professionals.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with open arms and making sure they have everything they need for an epic stay. You'll check them in and out, answer questions, recommend the best local hotspots, and share stories and laughs with travelers from all walks of life.

Regeln

Requirements:

A zest for life and an infectious smile
Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages)
Stellar communication skills and a passion for customer service
Flexibility to help at least 4 shifts per week
Ability to stay cool under pressure and think on your feet
Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required (we'll train you!)
